An independent property dating back to the 1970s, it underwent a careful and thorough renovation in 2022, transforming it into an elegant and intimate accommodation that feels just like home.

Arya room offers you: the Ilixi ''Leccio'' room and the Pedra ''Pietra'' room, so named for the elements that characterize them.
Our rooms reflect a boho style with a Mediterranean flavor in which rustic and refined come together. Equipped with a private bathroom, well finished in masonry and equipped with a spacious shower. Both have a view of the center of the town which, surrounded by its mountains, offers a beautiful show of colors, especially at sunset.
Beaches
Villasimius is located near a series of beautiful beaches, which alternate along a jagged coast. The entire coastal area, counting up to over 20 beaches, is part of a protected marine area where it is possible to admire protected marine species, lush nature and pink flamingos.
During your stay it will be a pleasure for us to guide you and provide you with our best advice on how to best experience the area.
